This hotel advertises tv and air conditioning, but when we arrived, our room had neither. We had to negotiate for a room with air con, because none of the rooms with a shared bath have it. We had to negotiate for a room with air con, because none of the rooms with a shared bath have it. The shared bath was a joke, and I've stayed in some bad places. It was a space under the stairs that you could barely stand in and the door didnt lock. Also, the staff told us that the prices on the website were wrong, but that they couldn't change them. I would not recommend this place.close

Rooms are very small and not very clean. We left early since it is possible to get bigger cleaner rooms at roughly the same location for the same price. The bathroom smelled of sewage and the bed smelled musty. No cleaning, removal of trash or new sheets or towels for the three days we stayed...

we enjoyed or stay very much! very friendly people and a real family athmosphere. great rooftop view! good breakfast, rooms even if they are small, are ok. we will come again.

The location was perfect, and this is the most important thing. But we ran out of toilet paper and this was never replaced so we had to buy our own, and the manager gave me change in old lira that it turns out I can't spend anywhere and is thus completely useless. Still, Istanbul is lovely and... more The location was perfect, and this is the most important thing. Still, Istanbul is lovely and worth visiting under any circumstances, and the management seemed earnest and honest, if scatterbrained.close

We only suggest to clean regularly the rooms. The owner/manager of the ostel is a very nice and good person
