We had a nice stay in general terms, but we suffer the overbooking, so when we arrived they gave us a room that wasn`t what we reserve (a double with double bed), they gave us a small 2 beds room, after our complains thay changed us to a room at the lobby, next to the elevator and with flood... more We had a nice stay in general terms, but we suffer the overbooking, so when we arrived they gave us a room that wasn`t what we reserve (a double with double bed), they gave us a small 2 beds room, after our complains thay changed us to a room at the lobby, next to the elevator and with flood problems in the bathroom, plus a kitchen smell if we opened the inside viewing window. Terrible. The situation was fixed after 2 days that we were change to a proper and normal room, just as we expected. We expected a compensation but couldn`t get any because the staff told us that was a reservation made through a dealer (hostelworld). so I think the complaints and claims are also to you.close

Thıs hotel advertısed many thıngs lıke a bar and a restaurant.....ıt dıdnt happen there was a mını bar and restaurant whıch was only open for breakfast.......
