The owner/manager made us feel comfortable immediately and the 5 nights we stayed at Gul Sultan were up with the best of my entire 2 month trip away! The view from the breakfast balcony (and the breakfast itself) was amazing. The room was well air conditioned, and the location was fantastic...5 minute from Sultanahmet tram stop and with views of the Blue Mosque from the terrace. It was a great time, thank you!close

Great Place. Stayed with my 2 brothers (28, 24, and 22) and it was perfect for us. Location in Sultanhamet is ideal, and the owner who runs the place could not be nicer and went way out of his way to help us. (made reseavations, changed our flights, etc). The place is nice and was spotless.

It's a very warm and hearty place for your stay in Istanbul, it gives you a home feeling that you would like to return always.

Our stay has been excellent with the one exception being rowdy revellers at the hotel next door on one night. Staff could not do enough for us.rooms were almost new although water could have been a little hotter. overall a great place at a fair price
