I don't recommend this hotel. I made a reservation at Arya Hotel and when I arrived they told me that they hadn't received info from Hostelworld regarding my reservation and that they didn't have any available rooms. They were obviously lying. They arranged a room for us at Bristol Hotel and it was terrible. Rooms were old, freezer and tv did'nt work, breakfast was terrible. Next day we stayed at Devman Hotel and it was good and cheaper. Hotel Silvia nearby was also good.close

5I believe the hotel overcharged me on the amount specified by an extra $40 USD . By the time I had to settle the bill I was a bit over the blatant lying that seemed so common place in istanbul. My stay at the Istanbul Hostel in Sultanahmet was better than expected.

2Quite nice local hotel with nice people on the board. Good place if you want to meet local people. If you want to stay in huge 5* hotels, it will be just like everywhere else in the world. (Small remark: You should be ready for speaking in turkish, so take a small dictinary)
