Four stays over the past eight years. It was wonderful before, but isn't now, with a glitzy extention - the architect should be held to account. I nearly wept when I saw what they have done to this formerly magical place. To make things even worse, prices have sky-rocketed.

Small hotel in the historical area of Istanbul. Relaxed, modern and comfortable surroundings. Rooms are on the small side, so recommend one of the suites overlooking the blue mosque. Breaksfast is good. Sure beats one of the many 'international' hotels.
