There was no power for the first 2 days. By time we got back to hostel and found out its too late to check out to change to another hostel. Power came back but when we paid on check out owner flat out refused to give a slight discount. Told us we should have just left! Which we all know is...

When we arrive, we didn´t have a Room, and they take us to another appartment to Istambul,without A.C & bathroom in the room. We payed in advance 10 €, and we lose this quantity. Be careful with this hostel they are not serious people.

not bad if you just need a kip, but the bogs were a disgrace! to be honest i was there the day before we played in the european cup final so i wasn't arsed what the gaff was like.

we didn't have power or water for 2 days, and the owner dıdn't seem to care at all...other hostels in the area had generators for when power goes off, but not here. The room was advertised as having aırconditioning and all there was was a fan. I had a very nice stay. Although the room had a view on the wall and was rather small I enjoyed it very much because of very nice staff and location and great atmosphere

The staff here were very friendly and the location is great. We had all the facilities of a hotel at a hostel price and there was still a very relaxed and friendly atmosphere, we couldnt recommend this place higher. If you go dont leave without trying the cocktails!

Price is really more expensive than others hostels in same street for less advantage (breakfast not included / no day clean room) and when we arrived room didn't ready (no soap / no toilet paper / no sheet but just coverbed).

I booked the hostel online, and when I came to check in, the hostel manager said that there was a mixup with the room. Apparently hostelworld said one price, and they were saying another. I didn`t have my confirmation number on me to check, but the manager said that I could pay 50 Euro (16 more... more I booked the hostel online, and when I came to check in, the hostel manager said that there was a mixup with the room. I didn`t have my confirmation number on me to check, but the manager said that I could pay 50 Euro (16 more than I was supposed to) or I could go find another place after I had already paid my deposit online. This was at 10pm, so we didn`t exactly have many options! Also, I booked a double bed room, and what we got were 3 single beds. We had to push a couple together, which didn`t make for a very comfortable sleep. The staff was quite rude and not very helpful. I would not stay there again.close

Total disaster!!!! There are so many things bad about this hostel I don't know where to start. Of all the hostels I have ever stayed this is by far the worst. Very basic bathroom. Not at all like the bathrooms look like on the website. There is atmosphere though for a drink after dinner. Staff were helpful and there is internet access.

good, you can have turkish breakfast included. The only thing is that you will have one bathroom for 12 and that if you are at the last floor, you can't close the door. Nice sidewalk cafe area in front (old US/British rock). Two doors down is "Cheers Bar" with really nice staff & good techno (not "booty club"). Very convenient, nice area.

Altough we made a reservation at Hostelworld.com and paid for beds, there were no beds for us. The owner was completely overbooked. It is very bad that a trustful company as Hostelworld.com associates whit this hostel!!!

Absolutely fantastic people. Based in a perfect location. Rooms basic and security minimal (for belongings), was clean, but plumbing not great. We booked for 5 people but when we arrivbed there were only 4 beds, and that was after arguing at the counter. For the extra bed the manager kicked someone out of their bed (who paid just the same price as everyone else). There is only one toilet for 12 people, and it kept flooding.
