This hostel has a unique style. Very clean with great attention to detail, especially appreciated the hygenic plastic toilet seat covers and curtains around dorm beds for extra privacy. Highly recommended.

A must to stay here for anyone coming to Istanbul. The location is excellent as you can easily walk to the main attractions. Also really friendly people running the hostel. The home atmosphere makes you definitely want to come back.

bathrooms were very mouldy...and why not fix those things so the shower heads can go on the wall! the rooftop bar was excellent

Nice roof top bar!! Great view at there~ The place is not perfectly clean, but quiet enough to stay. having a nice memory at this hostel~ if i go to istanbul again, i absolutely will choose this hostel!!

This is in an excellent location within the old town. Its close to the Blue Mosque. Its pretty clean. The breakfast isnt bad and they have different spaces to chill out in, and free internet. My only piece of advice is to pay in Euros because the guy charges and inflated rate when converting the...

It is in the main hostel area and they all look pretty similar with roof top terrace and water pipes. Close to Blue Mosque and easy to walk to the main sights.

Fantastic place, the roof bar is awesome to chill and meet people, breakfast was good but if you rock up at the last minute like me u'll prob miss out on the good stuff. Great facilities even those electric plastic toilet seat covers on every 1. Had a ball, thanks!

Well worth staying here. Good value for money with large free breakfast and also free internet use.Centrally located on a quiet street, but near all main tourist places. Rooms are comfortable and clean and the hostel has a frienly ambience.

The best hostel in Istanbul and Turkey. Really nice double room, TV, safe, fan. Breakfast included. Rooftop terrace with lovely views. really nice staff.

Fantasic hostel with SUPER staff. Felt like home. Best Internet and computer access since Colombia (could actually burn dvds and upload photos). Room was somewhat warmer than the outside (35+) was the only thing I would change. Try to get room w good ventilation

I had a great time! Great location and awesome people. Air Conditioning would be nice to have in August, so next time I will probably go when it is cooler outside. I definitely recommend!

Fantastic hostel! One of the best I've stayed ın. The comfy rooftop bar wıth a BBQ every day is a highlight, as are the friendly, helpful and easy-going staff. One thing to beware of is if you stay in the summer the rooms can be very hot. Get some air-con guys and this place would be perfect.

All the staff were great but the girl who does breakfast, not too sure if she's a morning person tried hard but couldn't get her to smile, although my friend said he saw her smile when he washed up his own plates... Great location and the roof-top bar is nice too.

I recommend Bahaus to anyone staying in Istanbul. Excellent location and atmosphere. Great roof top to chill out. And the staff is very friendly and helpful: many thanks to Bulent, Gokhan, Tarik and Bayram.

This is seriously one of the best hostels ever!~ It's clean and central, the staff are incredibly helpful. The lockers are great and the roof top bar is totally unbeatable. I highly reccommend this to anyone who travels through istanbul. best to book though, as they sometimes run out of space!

I had an great fun in Bahaus. There are great people working there. You can listen the best music while you are drinking your beer and eating delicious B.B.Q kebap on the roof top bar. I loved it.

i am never a fan that bans alcohol purchased outside its batr, made it dificult to socialise when u couldnt afford their prices. styqf ofered to book a shutle to the airport, though booked the wrong one though charged us dlouble the price, then refused to call us back to sort it out. otherwise good

Simply brilliant hostel ! Located in the tip of the historical centre, it has a rooftop terrace with a view over both Golden Horn and Bosporus, and the Blue Mosque. Female travellers can be assured, the boss will look after them as if they were his own daughters.

The place has an amazing rooftop terrace to chill out on in the evening, with a beer and one of the best shish kebap of Istanbul. Most room have numeral locks, but you can even leave your Interrail Pass in the pc room and find it untouched 4 days later...

In a tourist location with lots of bars and young tourists. Descent cleanliness although bathrooms were soaking wet without proper drainage of shower water. The noise from the street can be loud (bring earplugs). The airport shuttle was expensive (14 EUR) but very convenient.
