The hostels on the island all look new and plush, so if I have time, I might stay a night there and change my mind, as I am sure it is a great place to just unplug and relax in the middle of Lake Titicaca.close

The boat ride over was horrendously slow, and if I had known, I would have done the full day tour. I was recommended to stay a night if you want a night of quiet R & R, but time didn't allow it, but after having a quick run around, the island, I feel I didn't miss much. Go have a look, make sure you are ready for teh walk up the inca steps, as it is hard...
