Irkutsk Downtown Hostel 81%
No hot water there for the last three days. We were told for three days it would be fixed this pm. No reduced rate available. Check this is fixed before staying as it is currently freezing cold in this part of Russia.

– posted on Dec 2008 17we really enjoyed our stay here and jack was really helpful and accomodating to our needs.beds comfy the only thing i would say against it is that it needs some more pots and pans in the kitchen for cooking and maybe locks on the bedroom doors(obviously the front door is secure etc). we were...

Besides of the location (the hostel is far from the center and very hard to find), it is really a perfect hostel. Very nice, clean, not too big not too small. Super nice english speaking (in russia this is worth a note!!) staff. I totally recommend it!

Admiral Hostel 71%
complete disaster. couldnt find the hostel, when we did, no one would answer the door. ended up having to go elsewhere.
