WTF? This hostel wasn't even open. Why were we allowed to book a room there? I tried calling them for 3 days in a row -- first to arrange a pickup from the port and later to cancel the reservation. They never picked up the phone. I was incredibly disappointed with the entire situation.

the best view in Ios i think it's amazing beautiul private beach within walking distance. Friendly staff as well that pick up from Port!!!

The place was great and fun. Nick was great and helpful. The hotel was in the middle of EVERYTHING.

this place was fantastic. the owner is a really nice guy and he is very willing to help you find what you need to and show you the hot spots in ios. i would recomend this place to any traveller especially younger ones as it is a safe place to be.

When the cleaning lady cleaned our room, she left the door open. needless to say, our room had over 25 flies in it when we got back. Also, the door to the room did not have a curtain, so you could see in from the outside at all times.

i booked this hotel and paid a deposit only to discover that the hotel had given my room away. i arrived at 2am in the morning on a ferry and had by email advised the hotel in advance of my expected late arrival. the lady manager (50yr old greek lady) at the hotel was extremely rude although a... more i booked this hotel and paid a deposit only to discover that the hotel had given my room away. i arrived at 2am in the morning on a ferry and had by email advised the hotel in advance of my expected late arrival. the lady manager (50yr old greek lady) at the hotel was extremely rude although a younger girl there, possibly her daughter was more helpful and organised for us to get a taxi from the port which otherwise would have been impossible. another unrelated piece of advice for those thinking of going to Ios..dont go there unless you are under 22 and want to get drunk every night...there is mayhem and choas at night on this island....in July and August stick to Mykonos and Santorini, these places are fantastic at night and day. cheersclose

excellent choice! right in between town and main beach; transfers to port; beautiful room with a view of the ocean and pool area; stayed an extra day becuase we loved it; will definitely stay there next time in ios; thanks nick, the greek, the original one (and adam too)
