Hotel is centrally located and just 5 mins walk to station., rooms are clean, staff are good, break fast is good but you won't find hot food as you get in UK.

We had a wonderful stay here, the staff were extremely helpful in organising activities to do and offering advice. The location was great since everything is close in Interlaken and was a short walk from the train station. Would recommend to others.

This was a nie clean hotel, with a great Mexcian resturant under it. The staff were helpful and the rooms clean.

The location is right in the centre of town, and the staff were just FANTASTIC. I would definately recommend this hotel. The resturant attached (owned by the hotel) serves great mexican food as well. great place to stay. Lovely clean rooms, clean shared shower. Great breakfast. The only bad thing was we didnt get our packed lunch we were told we were going to get before heading up the Jungfrau as we were missing breakfast. But not really a problem. would definately stay there again. thanks

Excellent value for money in the heart of Interlaken. Walking distance to both train stations. Very clean and spacious room in attic with 2 double beds, crisp sheets and towels. Very congested rooms, no lights in the gallery, staff was not able to help us in fulfilling our few requirements. Location was good but more clear instructions should be provided to the guests in locating the Hotel.

Its not just 10mins walk away from station,it will take atleast 15 min - 20 mins to reach.Best to take 9 no. bus from station to Hotel.

There was no phone, so no room service, no lift, rooms where very stuffy and they had no fans available at reception, the reception area was non-existent. The mexican restaurant looked ok, and the place was cheap as compared with others. However we managed to find another hotel , called hotel merkur only 10 francs more a night and with phone, room service, excellent views and just next to the train station with very helpful staff.close

We ordered a triple/ shared bathroom and were bumped to a double and a single. I got my own full bathroom, no complaints here.

It was kinda on the pricy side compared to many o thers we had stayed at and did not offer any extra ammenities. The room was nice, some of the staff was very friendly , but we didn't see them much. 10-15 minutes walk to train station

For the two nights we were there there shower did not work. We did mention it but did not get much of a response. The balcony looking out on to the street was nice however and the room was very clean.
