friendly staff, relatively clean, comfy beds and a great location. There was lots of roadworks outside which was annoying to carry a suitcase through but overall a good hostel. Would definately stay again.

I liked this hostel, but the only thiing I had a problem with is that the rooms were realyyy small! but the common area was nice to hang out in. there is a computer and tv or a couch if you just want to relax

We stayed in the off season and the place was completely empty. We stayed in a 6 bed dorm which was clean and the en-suite was well-kept. We arrived just after 11AM and between then an 4PM the place is pretty much completely closed. Overall it was fine.

The site next to the hostel is under construction(they haven't mention that on their website/hostelworld description), very noisy and inconvenient to get into the hostel. You can never get in via the backdoor since the road is blocked by the machine. the guy, that works the bar all the time is the coolest guy i have met working at a hostel. Come here NOT Bamers (its a tourist trap) and get to know the staff, they are great

Although very near to the Interlaken West station, finding it not as easy as I have imagined (especially after dark). The room was quite clear. Remind: If you arrive too late, your key will be left behind the main entrance.

This hostel is super hard to find at night....so I don't suggest that at all because the directions are kind of lame, but once you get there you will be sure to havea good time and feel at home. This was a great place to stay! The rooms are more like a hotel style then a hostel, they were clean, the beds were amazing! There was a bar downstairs which got a little loud when trying to sleep, but was fun when you were down there socializing. great hostel! the staff was the nicest and provided us with everything we needed. we couldn't go skydiving because of rain so they set us up with a canyoning trip which was awesome. they even provided us with locks for our bags.definately worth it...

Really enjoyed my stay here. So easy to meet fun travellers, with the pub (go happy hour!) on one side and the kitchen/common room in the other building. Staff (except for young miss attitude) were really wicked. Shot of Jager on arrival! Interlaken was awesome, so was the Falken. Stay here...

So close to Interlaken West train station, the bar is the reception which is kinda strange, bread at breakfast was great, free internet made all the difference, the room was small but comfortable (ensuite and TV in room). I'm glad I stayed here and would stay again.

This hostel is absolutely for backpackers. It is good for you if you just need a place to sleep. It is not to far from west station but all the train to Jungfrau is at ost. The staff is very nice and friendly. The place is look a bit old inside but clean enough.

The one computer with free internet is awful but works if you just want to read email. We came down for breakfast 10 minutes before the end and were told that we should come down earlier next time. If breakfast is til 10am, its until 10am. Otherwise make it til 9:50. The guy on duty grudgingly... more The one computer with free internet is awful but works if you just want to read email. This hostel was amazing. The staff is so incredibly nice and they do whatever they can to make your stay enjoyable. You can´t ask for more in a hostel. The bouldering room is awesome. Make sure to check it out. Do a package to make your stay even more amazing. Only of the best hostels I have...

This was the first hostel my husband and I ever stayed in. It was awesome. the staff was great...took a real interest in us. we stayed at others during the trip but this was the best and our favorite. having the bar was cool with happy hour

Poor lighting and a lot of smoke in the hallways. Room of 4 people is quite cramped, whereas room of 6 is more spacious. Staff were friendly. Good to have bathroom in own room. Easy to find and free wifi was good when it worked, but if it reached the rooms it would be even better!

Nice little cleanliness touches, i appreciate the teatowels in the kitchen being changed everyday. this was the worst hotel in my trip. everything was bad from staff , cleanliness and food. place was worst. cleaniliness was poor in toilets, bed was smelling.who has give 86% rating to this lazy falken. i will recommend anyone to avoid this hotel

Bit quiet as it was in between seasons but enjoyed our stay. Good kitchen and great barman-david- who made our stay so much more enjoyable.Internet didnt work after first day, but some guy from the front desk let me use his computer to book the next hostel.

Awesome hostel the staff are really cool and chilled out. Give you a free shot of scnapps on arrival and the place is clean. If you want to meet people this is a great place, easy to get to from the station.
