Other than rooming with some people that don´t know how to try and be quiet in the wee hours of the morning, the hostel was really a good place to stay. The staff seemed generally joyful and helpful. The dorms were fine as well.

Excellent hostel!! Good bathroom (almost everytime clean), dorm, staff, breakfast (but not included). Really just 5 min walking from the West Station. I would stay again.

It smelled like fried food and it was loud, pretty much all day. Cheap but unpleasant, rooms are cramped, no common area. Showers are small but ther are larger ones down the hall. Would not stay here again.

Staff wasnt very helpful in sorting out issues in bed allotment in the dorm. Expected us to wake up ppl in the middle of the night to find who is entitled to stay in the room and who is not!!!

Good hostel, great location, Interlaken is a great place to visit for a couple of days! Rooms are fairly small, but sufficient and clean. Bar in bottom floor or hostel, really fun! Make sure to get off at the West train station if you choose to stay here. :)

I book in a room of 6 persons but I was located in a room of 8 persons. It is definitely not a good service for their customer. There were less power socket in the room. I find only 4 unit. How many persons in the should be consider in this case. Bathroom is too small, difficult to take shower.

We had a great time here! The music is a little loud until 12:30...and the staff is sometimes hard to get ahold of. But its a great place!

Was only there 1 night, it is in a great location. Staff are sometimes more concerned about taking food/drink orders in the bistro so they can be hard to get a hold of, especially since you need to get a key off them everytime you come back to the hostel.

The hostel is nice and has a fun atmosphere due to the bistro downstairs. Our overall experience was positive and friendly, however, if you want breakfast don't ask for it after 930 or you will get a rude answer and if you reserve a room with 6 beds you may end up in a room with more.

The automatic lights in the bathroom switches off once in a while and you have to poke your head out of your shower cubicle so that it switches on again. But the hostel is close to the Interlaken West train station and there is no noise in the rooms because of the pub below.close

Shower small and hard to get dressed in but nice and hot. Mel and the girls at the bar are awesome. We went paragliding it was fantastic. Chef really nice and the food at the bar was fantastic.

I really enjoyed this hostel. The location was great and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The bar downstairs was a great place to hang out and enjoy the local beer. The staff (also the bartenders) were courteous, friendly, and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again if I ever...

Really nice hostel with amazing sheets - they were sooo soft!!! The rooms are very bright and its really near the train station, although the directions are a bit vague so its best to ask someone. Great location and good value for money!

I am not so used to sleeping above a bar, but it's still quiet in the bedroom. If you like funk style, this is a good place to go. Close to East Train Station, but 15-20 minutes walking needed to get to the West Train Station, from which you go up the moutain. Staff are very friendly. Special...

Nothing special, just a hostel at the back of a pub. Fine place to stay, but there´s no common room so you´ll really only meet people in your room. Showers aren´t very good.

Very close to train station, and a great base for doing all of the mountains and surrounding area. Lovely brasserie at the inn, which for switzerland is quite reasonable priced. Only downsides were no guest kitchen, poor internet facilities and if you arrive on sunday it'll be closed until four.

breakfast overpriced-bread and jam for 8 fr! shower/light timer system is slightly annoying both of which go off after a minute so you have to press them on again quite infuriating. however would stay here again, had the best nights sleep weve had in ages. quite homely. good location. good...

No kitchen or common room whatsoever, which makes it a bit hard when the restaurants in Interlaken are very expensive. No clean covers on the doonas. Fine aside from that, if you just want a bed.

The reception desk was in the bar! And there was not enough staff to takecare of us. The bed was so dirty, but bathroom was OK.

great hostel, we had a private room, there were multiple showers on our floor, always clean, bar is a little noisy but they close at 12:30, good cheap place to stay, would stay again and recommend to anyone
