It's just down the road (about a 2 -3 minute) walk from Balmers if you'd rather stay in a more quiet hostel but then have the option to go to the club there. The hostel was able to help you book for the various tours around interlaken but there are plenty of places like that around the city as well.close

the bathroom shower was kinda gross and the pillows were lumpy but otherwise i thought it was really nice. I liked that it shared the loby with a hotel so it had a really cozy fireplace and a nice lobby bar. Also the staff is friendly and helped us plan our adventures.

this is a basic hostel, i think it is part of a hotel and they rent smaller rooms to backpackers, this is in the ideal place located at the foot of the elps, make sure you take the train up one of the elps and be there before 3pm so you can go husky sledging! nicect location ever! breakfast is...

Adequate, but would be nice to have a kitchen - even just a fridge, microwave and some cutlery would be good. Or at least allow people to eat their own food somewhere indoors. Is also very very quiet out of season, hence the low fun factor. Also, only place I´ve stayed outside of London that...

It looked super nice at first, but then they sent us to the back building. We had to go shower in a different building. It was about 40 degrees outside and the building didn't touch the foundation, so cold air came in. ALSO, the washers and dryers flat out SUCKED. It ate our money and it took 3...

We arrived in the middle of the afternoon and the computer space was full of drunk, obviously loney local guys playing videogames. The place stank of stale alcohol and the vibe in general was very seedy. We canceled our 2nd night and moved to a different place.

One of the best hostels I have stayed at. Everything is excellent. The breakfast is worth the money compared to everything else around town. Staff would bend over backwards to help you. Would highly recommend staying here. Has everything you need.

I hit interlaken in NON peak season...kinda tail end summer, way before the snow starts to fall, so the fun factor wasn't really happening, BUT, BUT there is still a night scene here. Just too few travelers consistently coming through to make it pop. COOL PLACE though. I give it an 8...and that's...

The walls are a bit vandalized, but the atmosphere is great, very friendly staff, there was no lockers but felt safe enough to not require them. There is a pack room , no lock but again didnt feel needed. Great location, within walking distance to everything

Hoped to have a better room for the price we paid. It was a shock to see the (small) size of room, with a bunk bed instead of double or twin.

"HALLO!" This is what was shouted at us as we checked in. This is definitely a party place to stay. As we were just looking for a bed for the night, we didn't really take advantage of the "atmosphere". Not really my style anyway. Bathrooms were gross, by the way.

Switzerland is an amazing place, and this hostel was cool. The prices/extras here really made the place a bad value, though. It seems like a good deal, but they overcharge for internet and phone use. Still, not a bad place to stay.

Highly recommend this hostel. If you use your reason and know anything about traveling, Interlaken is filled with outdoor activities. Funny farm is the perfect place to shower and sleep after a long day outside.

1) the building at the back is about to fall on its own. So, you can save some people by recontructing it. 2) the front buiilding is nice and you can use that as a sample.
