We were so impressed with the apartment as it was extremely clean,had a very good kitchenette and all vessels and cutlery required. Its close to the west station as well and has good restaurants closeby(Mc Donalds and MIGROS)The staff were so friendly and we highly recommend it to all.

We travelled from Venice to Paris and this was our favorite accomodation. Fritz was very helpful in planning our daily activities.

Most of the room looked newly renovated especially the bathroom. Fritz the manager is as good for info as any tourist info office. Only problem was there was no breakfast included which kind of defeats the purpose of calling it a B&B. Accom. is a short walk to the centre of town and is located nearby the Interlaken West train station. No TV. Overall good value for money.close

This is a superb place to stay. The owners really go out of their way to make your visit as pleasant as possible - and they certainly succeed. Lovely clean rooms with new fittings and excellent local advice.

The B&B was perfect for what we needed. Great location. Easy walk to main shopping and easy location for either highway access or a quick drive up to the Lauterbrunnen valley. Fritz and his staff are very helpful. No complaints.

Great spot close to station (Interlaken West - les than 5 mins walk with suitcases) and a little away from the busy part of town. Nice quiet location. Very clean with friendly, helpful staff. If you don't have enough warm clothing for the snow they have some to lend you. Good breakfast included...

Absolutely superb place. We got the self-catering apartment with full cooking equipment, the rooms were beautifully done up, the staff were great too.. will certainly come back here if we visit again!

Heater is not work in my room. It will be great if I can enter office building to use washer after 22:00. :-) I love it anyway.

When our sledding trip was canceled the owner helped us out by calling his friend who acted as our guide for cheaper than we were going to pay anyway.

Susi and Fritz were wonderful hosts and provided wonderful advice and maps. Fabulous location- close to Interlaken West train station, and supermarket. Will certainly stay here again.
