The Rugenpark hotel is great. Ursula and Chris are very friendly and helpfull. We fell like we are at home. It´s well located and the breakfast is fantastic.

I love this place! Great location(near train station & supermarket). Owner helpful and knowledgeable. Rooms are clean. Internet free. Well equipped kitchen.

Close to station,very helpfull and friendly.One of the few hostels with a kitchen, we met lotsa people. The internet is really free and all they claim to have is as they say. The rooms small but clean but, the smallest ever bathrooms.However,all in all we would recommend Ruggenpark.

Ursula and Chris are wonderful. They greet you and offer wonderful tips about travel and the Hostel. They are very helpful with carrying your bags to your room and helping you get settled in. The breakfast was delicious and we were located a few minutes from the train station and a grocery... more Ursula and Chris are wonderful. Nice place for a couple. Breakfast was good. Staff was real friendly. If your looking to tie one on and have a big weekend, this isnt the place.

Cute little place. Could do with a bit of 'updating' but perfectly clean and tidy and the staff are great. Interlaken is my fav place I have ever traveled to.

Best place we've stayed at all trip! Breakfast was lovely, our hosts were very kind and the dog was a lot of fun. The rooms were bright and airy and although the shared bathroom/toilet was very clean but also very small and narrow. Would definitely stay here again without any hesitation!!

Very good! Ursula, the ownerin is really friendly! You fell at home there! Thanks Ursula! She gave us very usefull tips! I strongly recommend this hostel! Very good located, very clean, etc etc! El tío, Uruguay.

One of the best hostels I've stayed in. Ursula and Chris were very friendly and very helpful. Really made us enjoy our stay. Told us the best places to go. Hostel was in a great location and had great views of the mountains.

Wonderful character and charm in the building and the way Chris and Ursela run this place. They know travel and the Berner-Oberland area. Thanks, I had a lot of fun hiking down from the Schilthorn to Murren, great suggestion and assistance with ticket and directions.

very kind staffs and perfect buffet in the morning. we had a bad experience here at first night but they are still lovable and nice. thank you. of course very cozy, clean and nice our room. i love it.

Ursula, Chris and Monty were fantastic! They helped with booking day trips, giving directions and ideas for our stay. very friendly and welcoming. Great rooms with free internet, breakfast and great views! The ability to wash clothes on site was excellent. Great location to the West train station.

This place was really terrific and the staff were very hospitable and helpful in feeling at home and figuring out tickets and schedules for the lifts and transportation, let alone telling you the best places to see. Highly recommended, and the breakfast is great too. Thank you Rugenpark!

unbelievable place, the staff were incredible, the best staff we had at any hostel we'd traveled to. This place felt more like a hotel than a hostel, the breakfast was incredible too!

This is very nice hotel in the city. just 5 mins walk from railway station. reception was very helpful. Mainly appreciated ursula's help and hospitality. I spent 2 days in the hotel.
