This place is really well located and very comfortable. It is not so nice that people can smoke in the corridors and the staff dont seem to be fully committed to customer satisfaction. If you're looking for fun then don't go here as it is the opposite of a hostel.

We did not care for the smoking lounge outside of our door, which was a non-smoking room!

The hotel has a great location and it is very clean. The room and bed is comfortable. Near to the train station (05min walk) and to the airport (10-15 min bus). I loved its breakfast. And the receptionist Manuela was very pleasant and nice. Danke!!! Innsbruck is marvellous.

Location is quite good: easy walk from train station & 5 mins into 'Old Town'. Wi-fi is unfortunately 10Eu for 8 straight hours or 1Eu/10mins on hotel PC. Staff are a bit hit-and-miss. Breakfast was good / standard. We'd probably stay here again, but mostly cos we'd know what we're gonna get... more Location is quite good: easy walk from train station & 5 mins into 'Old Town'. The staff was occasionally a bit indifferent, but we really couldn't have asked for a better location. The hotel is five minutes from the Innsbruck train station and only another five or ten from the town center.

We spent a good time there. Only one problem that can be important and serious. I wanted the receptionist to wake us up at certain time and they did it half an hour later!! Terrible problem if you have to travel e.g. by plane or by train!

This was a great location and a very well kept hotel. This is the cheapest place to stay in Innsbruck, but it is still very nice. The breakfast was good also. Nothing fancy but a good selection.

The facility inside the hotel does not quite match with that of a regular 3 stars hotel. The TV is ultra-small and the signal is very blur. There is also no water boiler too. We need to buy water in nearby supermarkets

Hotel is quite old but reasonably good value as veryclose to the main centre of Innsbruck. Car Parking is on the street and is free from 1800 - 0900 if in a blue line.

Very very expensive! The location is excellent and the staff was very helpful in assisting me with booking a Tyrolean folklore night, but beware that this hotel is VERY costly.
