Hostal La Florida 72%
No breakfast available and nowhere to make or even buy locally. No taxis knew where it was making it unsuitable as you can't safely walk there. Staff unable to help with problems. Residential but noisy area. Very expensive yet in a town with nothing to do.

3A very friendly hostal where we had the fortune to meet the hostess, Maria. She normally lives in the US but had made a short trip to visit her peruvian hostal. The staff were very helpful. A big plus was the clean and supernice bathrooms with hot water running 24 hours.
