It's a pretty cosy budget hotel actually. With its location, you cant get a better deal than this in the same area. Enjoyed our stay there and will certainly drop by again if in HK.

you don't get much for over US$50. Room is very small and bathroom tiny. But i knew that going in so no problem. I have no basis for comparison with what $50 would get at a guesthouse, so it is not fair for me to judge this place too harshly. Location is good. Room was not too noisy and has everything that you need. Air-con, TV and phone. Next time would be tempted to look elsewhere.close

From reading the reviews of this hotel we feared the worst. However, having already booked we had to go ahead with the four night stay. I agree with the person who said that it wasn't that bad. However, having already booked we had to go ahead with the four night stay. I agree with the person who said that it wasn't that bad. Kinda rough and ready I suppose but anyone who's travelled in Asia will be familiar with the scenario. If your just into dropping your bag and spending as little time in your hotel as possible it's a pretty good cheap option. It's really central to everywhere you want to be in Hong Kong whether it's shopping or touristy stuff. The staff are quite helpful. They take a while to warm up but if you persevere they're quite nice. It isn't dangerous to walk around the area late at night. In Hong Kong everyone stays out late at night so it feels relatively safe at any time. However, it is at the edge of the red light district but if you're prudish in any way it's easily avoided by taking a different route to the train station. My girlfriend had no problem with this place either and remarked on how clean it was and how nice the staff were.close

The hotel is very small in the normal rooms but big on the most exp room. Lost a brand new IPOD to the cleaners so I have one thing to say about the security there.... ITS CRAP!! dont trust the cleaners/personnel there.

Completely unsatisfactory. The most unclean hotel/hostel I have ever stayed at as well as being the smallest. The bedding was unclean as were the towels, the carpet was mouldy. there was a permenent smell of raw sewerage in the air. Didn't see any other people that were staying there. I cannot believe that you are associated with them at all, even only to "facilitate the booking" as you say. One word really - Squalor.close
