friendly and helpful Staff? Not existing! If you like that your room smells like piss... besides that they kick you out if you haven't booked a long time. It is easier to find a bigger room for 30% less!

I was shocked when I saw this building for the first time. The staff tried their best to solve our problem about room. The room was new and clean, and I will stay there for the next time.

I had to argue with the attendant and was in tears before he would come and look at it. He finally got someone to come and wipe the toilet seat. That's it. Disgusting, and horrible staff.close

It took me some time to check-in as there're lots of customers making the long queue. Overall the room is alright for 2 people and we got a window room, i love to look at the Nathan Road to feel HK!

We were moved from where we thought we were going to stay, had a tiny tiny double room, but it was clean and safe. Suppose it can be both great or bad, depending on luck. Good enough for us though

Really comfortable but was a bit of a game of hide and seek to find check-in desk (plenty of people around to point to stairs and tell us where to find it though). Clean room with working air conditioning - not far off hotel standard and really near the shops!

Fabulous hostel! i was upgraded to a deluxe room wihtout extra charge, they said it's promotion as they have just finished the renovation. Try it, clean and spacious, i believe it's much better than the other hostels, well, at least in Hong Kong.

Room's fine and so do the staffs. Subway nextdoor is really convenient to get to all places. But i didnt expect that there are so many indians and blacks in this area nearby especially in the building call Chung King Mansion which is just 1 block away from this hostel.

the value-added point is that Mrs Lee is really nice to guide us all the ways to eat and shop. It was surprised that when i was in the room in the afternoon, the manager came and asked me if the room is clean enough and is there anything that she could help. very impressed.

safety and security is guaranteed, you can always go to the reception as it's opened 24 hours, though the staff there could not speak proper English. Location is excellent.

This hostel was total crap, they had a curtain separating the room from the hallway which was accessible to anyone else in the 15 story building. Also when it rains, the water floods the room. If this is still a top rated hostel, you're rating system is also crap.

Room is clean and with all basic amenities. Though building is a bit old but there's some maintenance of the lift processing. Caused a little inconvenience to use other lifts in the building. Staffs are nice and helpful.

This place is terrible! The building is very old and not well maintained. The staff tried to put me in a room without sink and plumb in the bathroom. They changed the room because I complained, but it was very annoying. I would never recommend this hostel!
