The staff was REALLY excellent. They bent over backwards to make us feel at home and to help us get on with our day. We arrived on a bank holiday and couldn't exchange money - they fronted VND for us and were truly wonderful with directions, etc.

We stayed in two rooms at the Liberty 2. The first one had a terrible nauseating smell, but otherwise seemed clean enough. The second room was immaculate and the bathroom had a shower instead of a funky tub like three feet off the ground. We switched rooms without any hassle.

One problem we did experience at the hotel was with the bill. They took no account of the deposit we had paid to yourselves and had various spurious taxes and extras that took the total over the original quotes. Because we were rushing to vcatch a bus we wre unable to argue with them and just... more One problem we did experience at the hotel was with the bill.
