This would have been the perfect hotel other than the building work that was taking place which we had not been advised of. This went on from 7am - 6pm usually although we were advised that it would only be between 8am-5pm.

My experience was marred by the heavy construction going on next door starting at about 6:30 AM. If you are a "morning person" no problem. I am not.

I encountered a problem. The owner told me that the room I booked was unavailable due to a renovation. He told me that they were not connected with hostelworld.com and they could cancel my booking. He was insisting on charging me for a different room. I booked 2 MONTHS ahead of time and they did... more I encountered a problem. The bell boys and the nice ladies at the lobby were warm and hospitable. Room was very clean and comfy. Very nice. The construction was very noisy during the day.close

Beds need to be a bit softer for New Zealander's Staff were excellent with help for tours,taxi's etc we are returning next year.

Very nice place, marble interiors, super clean. Bummer that some building work was going on through the day but was quiet at night. The staff were excellent, they went out of their way to help us! Thank you

Unfortunate that there is a bad practice of "pretending" that guests have made two bookings over two nights to get another $4 out of us. If you just asked without the tricks most people would be happy to pay it anyway.

The only thing is the reservation was messed up and we ended up having to move rooms and lost our deposits. Otherwise, a very pleasant experience and definitely a recommended hotel. Thanks!

A very clean and comfortable for my stay in Ho Chi Minh with my mum. Its 2stars rating may even be better than some hotels which claimed that they are 3stars. The breakfast is fabulous.

The staff was helpful, the location good, but the room, small, even not too bad, it had the worst bed i had slept in my 25 days holidays in Vietnam. And we also found a big cokroach in the room. It was no tcheap compared to many other hotels in Vietnam , and the relation price/quality is not good..

Staff were warm, friendly and attentive. Received 5 star treatment in many ways. Impressed with the hotel lobby and decor. Not impressed with the construction which woke me up each morning at 7:30 (not an early riser).

I stayed in the mini room on the top floor (6th Floor). It was a little difficult finding my way from the point where the airport bus 172 dropped me off.I was pleasantly surprised by the free breakfast that was provided. I stayed in a Mini Room (USD10) and maybe you can hear to your neighbour, but It's OK. Very clean hotel. Breakfast is good!

5 mini rooms has only one bath room with toilet to share with.Not so convience.Actually booking from hostelworld will be 2 dollars more expensive than at the hotel directly.Anyway good for stay with the price.The staff there always have nice smile to everyone.

The gates are close from 11pm till morning. If you decide to have fun at night, its quite hard to get in the hotel. The slide-doors of some rooms (at least mine) can be unlocked without a key (just lift them and pull...). Be careful when you give them your passport for check-in, mine was returned with drawings on the cover page...

Excellent hotel great value for money in a good location. The free internet works and the free water is a bonus when you're downing a couple of bottle a day due to the heat. Breakfast is included but the choice is a little strange. Would stay here again.

Got a really good rate, but stayed at a mini room... if I could do it again, I would've stayed at a room that was a bit bigger and had a washroom, since the room i had was a bit cramped and the shared washroom was kinda stinky... but other than that, i would recommend it!

this is a clean hotel <on the web site I order a family room (4 beds ,thought that was a bit stange )when we got there only 3 they didnt put another bed in til the 2nd night ).Tours we booked where great and on time

If more hotel staff learn some basic english it will remove the main barrier to a better experience for the guest. Right now only the desk clerk is the most fluent in english. Computers and Wifi are great!

Good value for money. Modern, clean, comfortable rooms, nice and helpful staff. A lot better than other nearby hotels for the same price. Try to get a room not overlooking the street which is quite noisy.
