I came home one day and found the door of my room wide open. Cleaner must not have closed or somebody took key from downstairs. Better hotels in area at cheaper price.

The Bi Saigon is certainly unique! I enjoyed my stay there in spite of the "killer" stairs - I was also on the 7th, but that balcony was the best! I did not like the cramped lobby (hard to find the guest computers). Nice outdoor cafe, and the airport pickup is great! Overall, a nice intro to Saigon - good location too!close

We found the stairs a nightmare - there are few there that are different heights and when lugging backpacks up 108 stairs it can be very dangerous. Otherwise the stay was good.

A very great guesthouse in the middle of the backpacker area. the rooms are clean, big, have aircon and tv. may there are cheaper places arround to stay but here you have real luxus. Only the stears can kill you if you have a room in the 5th or 6th floor

Nice hotel, but the room we got was on the 7th floor and there was no elevator. Once we got to the room, we would not want to go out.

You get what you pay for with the Bi Saigon. The rooms were clean and had the basic amenities. The staff were polite and friendly. Breakfast was included which was a bonus. If your room is up high the stairs will kill ya! Awesome location in BackPackers Alley.

We had a great time here. The staff were so helpful during our stay especially Lin! We booked all our tours through here, they organised our taxis and were always friendly. I am sure you could get cheaper accommodation but we felt it was good value.

Helpful staff, can book anything, right near good bar street. Nice rooms for buget place. Don't recommend walking from the station, get a metered taxi, 2$ approx.

I think it's too expensive for what you get. There also no elevator and 7 floors... It's spacy though.

The Bi and Bee Saigon Hostels are both great, rooms are good, staff are great and the restuarant serves up some delicious food! Tours are available and the general feeling is very relaxed. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Our double room was huge and we had a great view from our balcony. The restaurant downstairs has a great menu and the food turned out to be as good as I'd hoped. For someone traveling long-term on a budget, this is probably not the best choice (though Bee Saigon just next door offers cheaper, smaller rooms that are equally as nice) but for me it was perfect. I would definitely stay here again!close

This was a nice hostel to stay in with tasty breakfast! Notice however that there wasn't the opportunity to lock your luggage secure away after checking-out. The staff on the other hand is friendly and helpful.

Had an excellent stay. The staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough for you. Excellent value for money with good breakfast for a hostel. We will definately be returning here.

The staff is friendly, but their english is limited which limits how helpful they can be. Otherwise it was great. You may be able to arrive and negotiate for a cheaper room at the BEE Siagon-still affiliated and just steps away from the Bi Siagon. I would definitely stay here again.

It is expensive for the area, but a good value and the staff are really kind. They organized all our excursions for us, stored our luggage for free, and the restaurant is excellent.
