The room was great, very comfortable and very clean and a fantastic view of the city and the river. The staff spoke english and were helpful and the location was great. Although a little pricey it was a great place to stay in Hiroshima.

Great value for money - a posh, business class hotel with everything you need. Close to the station and easy to find being a tall building right next to the river.

This was in a good location, easy to find and if you take the streetcar, close to Peace Memorial Park (5 minutes) about a 5-8 min walk from JR station!!! Room is super small so be prepared with that in mind. Room was clean and staff helped with directions! You can do your laundry, too- that...

The room was just great, it had a lovely view, the hotel staff were very friendly and the building itself stayed upright during the 6.2 earthquake that hit the area whilst we were there!! so on the whole, its a safe, secure and friendly hotel in a great place.close

I was a little put off by that, because we arrived at the same time and both had double rooms, but we had to pay more. I don't think that's very good customer service. The place was nice and clean. I would definitely recommend it to others or stay there again.close

Apart from smallish rooms, everything here was outstanding. It was well located, we had an excellent view from the 6th floor overlooking the water, and only a 15 minute walk from the peace park. If one is going to Hiroshima, this is THE place to stay.

Has won an urban design award. Right by the river with amazing views from the top rooms. Good location for getting to shops and has a convience store just next door.

A bit misleading in the directions, first sentence says "We are 5min walk from the south exit of JR Hiroshima-eki station. " Should read NORTH exit of station....we wandered around a while, but found it eventually...thanks!

This hotel surprised us and not the usual hostel accommadation.It was very new and modern with wonderful views on the river side.All was of a professional and high standard.I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel even to the most fussy traveller.
