Call him on 0915155778, or email him-kangaroocafe@yahoo.com. I got stranded on a train back from Sapa due to a powercut + missed my flight to Laos. When I finally made it back to Hanoi, to my surprise there was Vinh to pick me up and he’d re-arranged my flights for the following day free of charge – Now that’s service!
