This is a lovely little hotel in a quaint area of Hanoi. The room was excellent with the balcony, Very cozy. The the service good and the staff were friendly. Internet access was good. Walking from the hotel, one is immediately in a busy area of the old town. We highly recommend this hotel.

Staff was very helpful and gave us some great reccomendations. The place was in a great locaion of Hanoi's old quarter, very central to everything. overall a great place to stay.

Hotel rooms were very clean and the staff were excellent. Especially the sale manager(Mr.Quan) he booked us a really nice trip to halong bay and Sapa with the best price. We highly reccommend Joy hotel.

Comfortable clean room for a 3 nights stay, centrally located in old's quarter; good breakfast facilities. The staff were great and catered for our every need.

I have stayed in over 60 different hotels/hostels and this is by far the best. The staff were very helpful and looked after you thoroughly, helping with all aspects of your stay in Hanoi

Sheets and towels were old. But I had a good time there. Very friendly staff. Good location, good food, good informations. highly recomended.

The location is perfect. The room was very clean with quite a cool design. New towels everyday. The staff were so helpful with everything we asked of them. A safe and mini-bar, loved it.

This was a great location easy to walk to Hoan Kiem Lake and right next to the Water puppet theater. It was clean, quiet and staff were great!

We stayed in the balcony room here and was pleasantly surprised. It was clean and very comfortable with the bath-tub, hot and cold shower, AC, Hair Dryer, Iron, Fridge, Safe Deposit Box , Ect, . . . We have very much enjoyed our stay at the Joy hotel in Hanoi. They arranged a guy to pick us up from the airport to prevent getting dropped off at the wrong hotel. We do had to pay this pick-up. Trips to Halong bay and Sapa can be arranged at the hotel. Staff was friendly and helpfull. The rooms...

Excellent location, really easy to walk around the old's quarter from here. Well cleaned, every room has its own hot and cold shower with the bath-tub. Nice staff.
