Very appreciated about hotel'smanager.He solved everything perfectly.We got 02 beers and lot of other things without any charge.He also helped us to arrange minibus to the airport only 2USD per person.We definitely vote a high rank for this hotel.

It was the best hotel I have been in Vietnam.Breakfast was very good,you can order more foods if you prefer.I also booked 02rooms for me and my friends in late December 2008.Really enjoyed ourselves staying here.

The hotel gets 5 stars for its location and proximity. The check in was quick and I was really surprised at how nice the room was. Not that big but certainly big enough. Multichannel TV and my room even a good view of the city. The hotel is close to some great bars,to name a few: Pizza... more The hotel gets 5 stars for its location and proximity. Would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to be close to the action of Hanoi Old Quarter and be well served. It is actually just off the street so not noisy. The room are little small but nice new and moderned, and the bathrooms very clean and nice. the one need to be improved is trafic... more Would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to be close to the action of Hanoi Old Quarter and be well served. The room are little small but nice new and moderned, and the bathrooms very clean and nice. the one need to be improved is trafic parking which lots of motorbikes park on the street infront of the hotel at night so at times you felt little difficult to get in . But overall it's a good place to stayclose
