We had two stays in this hotel, with 2 rooms booked each time. The first stay was 4 nights and the second was for 2 nights. We booked a twin and a double the first time and we could only book a quad for the second stay. We conbtacted the hotel about changing the quad and were quoted an... more We had two stays in this hotel, with 2 rooms booked each time. The first stay was 4 nights and the second was for 2 nights. We booked a twin and a double the first time and we could only book a quad for the second stay. We conbtacted the hotel about changing the quad and were quoted an upgrade room for the twin (up from 32 to 50) and the standard double somehow now cost $35 (not $30). We nevertheless agreed to the change. The twin and double turned out to be the same rooms we got during our first stay. (the twin was an upgraded room without being told of this). We were formally upgraded with the double for one night to a $66 room. On checkout we were then charged an additional 10%tax on the already inflated quote. Hmmm. Not impressed and soured an otherwise good stay. Different room grades are all similarly appointed. Main difference for cost is space.close
