Once I arrived at the sister hotel they even tried to move me from one room to another because they had some other people considering staying in the room I had been given, which was a 3 bed room although I was single. This was at 0:30 at night. :(close

I stayed at this really incredible hotel for over two days. The location was perfect, a very short walk to the Water Puppet Theatre, Hoan Kiem Lake, and is slap bang in the middle of the street market area. Staff was very profesional, friendly and helpful... high recommend!

Air Conditioner was a nightmare to operate and the room/bathroom smelt quite bad however I properly would stay again for the price. Also tried to overcharge on check-out however was quickly fixed when we showed our hostelworld booking.

Great hotel... very friendly staff. We booked one night but when we returned from Ho Chi Min we stayed another. Both times they gave us a luxury room at no extra cost. Helped us with flight reservations and itinerary information. Rooms were clean and very big. Will definitely stay here if I...

It was a great one night stay at the Blue Paradise Hotel. Staff was great and welcoming, which you don´t find very often in Hanoi. The bathroom was a little bit disturbing, but overall the stay was great, the rooms were great, and I would recommend others to stay at the Blue Paradise Hotel.

Blue Paradise Hotel is perhaps the best mini hotel in Hanoi. Everything was fine and we are really happy to spend our holiday at this hotel.

The 30 dollar room we had was spacious with sat tv, spotless, with a comfy bed and good view. The bathroom was great as we had a modern tub with lots of hot water and many amenities (soaps, comb, shampoos, foam, toothbrushes and paste etc) were provided. Breakfast on the ground floor was very good with a reasonable choice. A typical morning started with a cheese omlette, fruit, yoghurt, bread and a drink. Very filling and just the thing to set you up for a day's sightseeing. We took two tours with the hotel (they are quite pushy to sign you up for these as soon as you check in - semed to get a good commission but infact they operated by themselves so the price was a good deal when compared to others travel companies). The tour to the perfume pagoda was superb, in spite of the guide telling us we had to tip certain people and himself, and the usual amount was 30000 dong each! The other trip was 2 days 1 night to Halong Bay, which was on an new minibus and the cave tour and short boat ride were great. All in all, recommended.close

They accomodated our late check-in, lugged our excessive amount of luggage, and helped out with some directions to a nearby restaurant. Our room was on the 5th floor, and it faced away from the street- very quite and extremly clean. I had been in Vietnam and Cambodia already last year, so I was used to any street noise, and it did not seem excessive compared to other places I had stayed. The room was very comfortable and clean, and it was more than adequate for our needs. Breakfast in the morning was fairly standard for the region. What really made this hotel outstanding is its managing director. He was a very friendly man who was absolutely committed to providing his guests with the best possible experience. His passion obviously filters down to the rest of the staff, and they all acted with the utmost professionalism. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a mid-level price hotel in Hanoi. I have no doubt that others would have the same experience.close
