We arrived 45 minutes late and as it was in the National day holiday they had given our room away as they could get twice as much. If i were you i'd find another hostel!

We enjoy the stay the Guilin but the hostel was not the best. The rooms are clean, but the bathroom is very small and the shower don't have a curtain, so that the bathroom is always wet. The rooms from the hostels are very thin, so it was always very loud in the room.

Clean and a great location. But good luck if you have a problem, the staff are awful. Extremely rude and not helpful and all and if you ask a question, it is like a chore to them.

WORST hostel experience EVER. Awful customer service who took over 2000 yuan from us and guaranteed to buy us train tickets but never delivered. They left us stranded in Guilin. DO NOT stay here and DO NOT trust them with your money.

Super Lage am LI Fluss. Hat keinen Gemeinschaftsraum und kein Essen. Hat die Tour nach Yangshuo am Li-Fluss perfekt organisiert. Kostet RMB 420,-- Zimmer zur Straße etwas laut. Guilin ist eine der schönsten Städte Chinas mit sauberer Luft und dank vieler Touristen tollen Leben.

Clean, friendly staff, secure. However, although hardly essentials, if you are booking due to the rather extensive facilites list then you need to know there is nothing other than a reception area, no restaurant, no bar, no common area, no shop, supermarket. Its basically a basic hotel.

The hostel staff are not to be trusted. Sold us tickets for night but to Shenzen instead of sleeper train, knowing we were going to Yangshuo for a few days beforehand and that we had to come back to Guilin to get a bus that was passing through Yangshuo anyway, not very nice. They also lied about the duration stating that "it is as fast as the train (12 hours)" even though the bus took 16 hours. Not impressed as you should be able to trust hostel staff.close

There was a GIANT spider in our room, and a dead roach. Spider had maybe killed the cockroach? Other than that though the hostel was fine, though none of us slept that easy on the first night after the spider on the lose incident.

Staff was really good at getting me airline tickets and helping me arrange my further travel. Although, a bit clueless about budget tours for the backpacker crowd. Location is great. It's right next to a riverlet.

Really nice, clean room, good location, pleasant 10-15 mins walk to the main area, but the walls of the rooms are paper thin and hostel is filled with very noisy chinese people who like to shout and play loud music all night long. good for one night, but bring earplugs.

Very good location. Good packs for the Li river. Very big beds. Speaks enought english. Very chep Internet. I STAY IN MORE THAN 100 HOSTELS, MY OPINION IS VERY IMPORTANT. Para los que hableis espanol. Este hostel es excelente, genial.

The place is nice to sleep 1 or 2 nights. Be Carefully if you go in bus from the airport, you have to take a taxi in the last stop of the bus station.

Great Staff. We were able to leave our bags here whilst we went to Yangshuo for a few days. Very accommodating and friendly. Located half way between the train station and the city centre

This hostel was fine for our one night stay en route to Yangshuo but I wouldn't like to stay much longer. The bunk beds in the 3 bed dorm were veyr hard; they were wooden bases with a sheet over the top. The other, single bed, however, was fine. It would be better if there was a common room here.

the rooms are very clean, and the staff is very helpful. if you're wanting to take a li river cruise or other activities in guilin, do it through this hostel if you're staying here because they are cheaper than other companies.

Had a great room overlooking the river, the only problem was that it was next to reception which was quite noisy. Was great that the staff did not try to push any of their tours and still provided all the information you needed

good hostel in nice central location. they have a lot of tour options to explore, would rec the longi rice terraces. small common area but friendly staff and fellow travelers. would stay here again.

There was unfortunately no hotwater. But it was an excellant location for a quick stay in Guilin. Right on the river which was wonderfull. The Staff was very kind and helpful. However the website suggests many emenities that it has and as far as i could tell it did not, such as a library,...
