guatemala city was expensive compared to mexico city, not so easy to get around, it wasn´t as dangerous as i was led to believe, but use common sense. the museums are worth a look and the parque central but not much else to do. |

If you visit Guatemala don´t spend too much time in the city...it´s not worth it. Also, Guatemala is an expensive place, more expensive then most other places in Central and South America, so when you come bring lots of money with you. It is a great place for visiting other countries some which can be done in a day trip. |

Guatemala had alot more to offer than i orignally expected. The city however is not that great, not much to really see and do but is a good base for travelling elsewhere. Tikal and Mayan ruins were great. Also Antigua and Pacya volcano was fantastic. Don´t stay too long in the city and you will have a great time. |

Guate city is a place to arrive and as quick as you can leave to see realy beauty. There is nothing wrong with Guate but thgere isnt a ton right either. |
