Other than the early morning planes from the airport that sound like they are coming into your room, there was nothing negative about my stay. The staff bent over backwards to help us plan our next moves and even washed and folded my laundry, for a small price. Although not in the Zona Viva, the location is within easy walking distance to it, as well as to local shops and restaurants, and the fine zoo, and archeological and modern art museums. Cheap internet access too. Hard to beat for the price in Guate.close
