We loved our stay! The staff was nice, helpful, and accomadating. They offered excellent recommendations on activities and restaurants. We will stay at Dona Amparo again- next time when the pool is actually filled and the weather permits.

Very much enjoyed our stay at Dona Amparo. The hostel is very clean with excellent kitchen facilities and the living room area is a great way to meet people. Highly recommended!

The staff was helpful and outgoing. We reserved a private room. It is off of the garden by the pool, which was drained while we were there. The room had a dungeon fell with cement walls and structures for the thin mattresses. Small lockers were available in the room, but the room is not able to... more The staff was helpful and outgoing. We reserved a private room. It is off of the garden by the pool, which was drained while we were there. The room had a dungeon fell with cement walls and structures for the thin mattresses. Small lockers were available in the room, but the room is not able to be locked while you are in it. It is locked by a padlock from the outside. The gardens truly are relaxing and inviting, but the private room has much to be desired.close

The best hostel I ever visited. Very cosy and like staying in a home. The garden is fantastic and the staff even more fantastic. I do not have anything negative to say. Thank you for a great stay in Antigua!!

Really, it's the cleanest hostel in Antigua and it has a beautiful pool and garden. If you're guatemalan, the parking will be excellent.
