It was adequate but kind of dreary and our room had no windows. We never met anyone else in the hostel (so couldn't rate it high for fun value!) and the showers were dirty.

This fairly priced hostel is a good stay if you are on a tight budget and a lot out in the streets. It´s not very clean, but not raising disgust either. The staf is very friendly and helpful.

The location was perfect. In the middle of the centre. The toilets and shower were not very clean, so wear flipflops. The staff was nice though they didn´t speak any english.

It is cheaper that just get a dorm at the counter... -_-;; 100 pesos. And i strongly suggest you to stay in casa del Tio while you are in Guanajuato. There also 100 pesos. Never reserve it. Only at the counter dorm is 100 pesos.

We totally enjoyed our time in Guanajuato and our accommodation only made it better! It was near empty, so we had upstairs pretty much to ourselves, which was awesome. The bathrooms are...interesting, but served their purpose as they should! Guanajuato is an awesome place, and I will...

The room was ghastly. The only supply of fresh air was through a crack under the door as there were no windows. The sheets were unclean. The shower is in the same stall as the toilet and it is so narrow that one can barely turn around in it. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom on two...

You absolutely cannot beat this location. It's right in the heart of the action. Perfect base for touring Guanajuato. The staff is really nice and helpful as well. On the downside, the walls are paper thin, the floors are really creaky and there is never toilet paper in the bathrooms.

It was a good place to stay for the weekend to rest your head and have a hot shower (although the bathroom was mildly tight and creepy it worked all right...just be sure to take toiliet paper and shower shoes!). Noise carries very strongly between the walls so if you're a light sleeper you may...

The bathrooms were toooo small. Taking a shower next to the toilet and in a very small area is terrible. Also, they need a bathroom downstairs. We stayed downstairs and had to go upstairs everytime we wanted to use the bathroom.

We were disappointed at having to walk through the kitchen, the sitting room, the lobby and up the stairs to get to the bathrooms... and there was no toilet paper when we got there. We were confused because according to HosteWorld.com the bedroom was supposed to have two individual beds for 2 people. we cancelled for one night and were told we would get a refund, but the senora never showed up, so no refund. the internet was always out of order. the bathroom was never cleaned during our stay and garbage never emptied.
