Need to "get away from it all" out of season? Then this is the place to go. The Tree House is a perfect base for activities including hiking, cycling and skiing in winter. Rooms are comfortable and clean and the food beautifully home cooked. You will not find better value for money... more Need to "get away from it all" out of season? Then this is the place to go. The Tree House is a perfect base for activities including hiking, cycling and skiing in winter. Rooms are comfortable and clean and the food beautifully home cooked. You will not find better value for money anywhere in Austria, but the biggest difference was the welcome and hospitality. Gerhard and his team quickly made me feel "one of the family" and couldn't have done more for me during my stay, Highly recommended.close

This was one of the most amazing places that you could stay. A well needed respite from the cities. The Treehouse can be the biggest party in Austria, or a peaceful sanctuary depending on the crowd. For me, arriving during the quiet time, it was the latter, but Gerhardt the owner took care of me... more This was one of the most amazing places that you could stay. A well needed respite from the cities. The Treehouse can be the biggest party in Austria, or a peaceful sanctuary depending on the crowd. For me, arriving during the quiet time, it was the latter, but Gerhardt the owner took care of me like family, so far a highlight of my few months in Europe. I am anxiously planning a return trip to the Treehouse!close

Casa de madera aislada en la montaña, junto a un río. El recibiento fue excepcionalmente bueno, puesto que el personal era muy amable y atento. La decoración era horrible y estaban haciendo obras en parte del hotel mientras nos alojamos. Fuimos los únicos alojados en la casa.

en un sitio muy bonito para el que le guste la naturaleza, si haces un viaje como hicimos nosotros de Salzburgo a Viena, pasando por los lagos del sur, es un sitio ideal para descansar, relajarte y respirar aire puro.

We went up there for a break from the cities for a few days and got exactly what we were looking for. Gerhard was a bloody legend.

Great hostel, people, location right at the base of the lifts. The ski clothes are a little dubious though!

Without a doubt, the funnest and friendliest hostel that I've ever stayed at. The staff goes out of their way to make you feel at home and to make sure you're having a good time. Thanx to Nathan, David, Tina, Gerhart and the rest of the staff for a wonderful experience.
