Platanes is a small lively town, 6km east of Rethymnon, at the 15km long beach of that area. There are a lot of activities for day and night, but also the possibility to be, after a few kilometres, in the real typical Crete with large olive groves and tiny small villages. The apartments are situated in the middle of Platanias, the resort suburb of Rethymnon. Regular bus services connect to the centre of town (6km) and to Iraklion. There are restaurants, bars, taverns, shops, super markets and discos within easy reach. Your apartment complex offers a small swimming pool with sun beds(filled according seasons). The sandy beach is approximately 150 metres away. During the high season a number of water sports are offered on the beach.
