This a BRILLIANTLY located hotel. It wasn't tremendously clean but the staff are helpful and good fun. The onsite internet cafe really handy.

the owner called me a lier after i sed that the toilet smelled of sewer. He diddent think so, and therefore he ment that i was lieing and possebly trying to steal something (at least he acted in that sense). Altso the room was unclean and could not have been cleand proparly in a longe time (not only the sewer smelling toilet, but also the floor of the bed-aerea and the bathroom as a whole). I would not recomend MANOS for anything else than its location (and maby the price compared to the other hotels in the same aerea). Beeing a paying costumer makes me demand beeing treatet a serten way, at least not beeing called a liar, and then not beeing able to sort it aout with the grudge-holding owner. I still cant belive he called me a liar!close

No shower curtain, no toilet paper, insufficient towels...and the room wasn't cleaned as we would have expected in a hotel. The location is great though, if you're willing to compromise on everything else!

Accommodation spartan, only a notch above camping (which we thought we had finished with forever) ... but still reasonable value for money given the fantastic location ... literally in the middle of one of the most picturesque, atmospheric ports in Crete.

The hostel is in a good location but it is dirty, dingy, and not worth the money.

Hotel Manos was in a wonderful location. However, despite having a private bathroom, we had a shower that didn't work and no hot water. I would have preferred a community bath with working facilities. Overall, an average rating.
