Well equipped hotel (not a bamboo hut) with great price/quality ratio. Staff is very friendly and the location is awesome 100 from sea shore. Mandrem isn't the best place to party but Anjuna/Vagator and especially Arambol are quite near. I truly recommend this very peaceful and nice hotel.

Adequate but soulless with zero atmosphere which is very sad for a place with so much potential in such a great location. It would benefit enormously by having a restaurant or bar or somewhere to hang out. There is a bar (which was also soulless and unsurprisingly completely empty) on a dune above but there's no indication that it's linked to the resort. On arrival I was met by a friendly man but didn't see him again after that - only various other unsmiling men hanging around the reception who replied to questions in a fairly surly manner. The grounds were well kept but too many cockroaches in the bathroom (& I've travelled extensively in India so am not mega fussy). Also overpriced for what it is, particularly compared to other places locally.close
