Fast, correct service. 24hrs reception. Room was clean and simple, right for the price. We didn't have breakfast though (10 euro per person was little bit much for us, my mate does not eat a lot, in the near cafes you can drink and eat for 5 euros per person)

We were told the transfer bus was free back to the airport if we had booked our flights through Ryan Air. We found the information false and was charged 8 Euro's per person. Just for the future i would advise not to tell the guests this.

The walls were very thin, I always heard when my neighbors were entering or leaving / as well as the cleaning crew around 8:30. Breakfast was ok for 8 Euros, though the price was a little high.

Fantasitc hotel. It was a bit out of the centre of town, but you can get a bus in and it's no trouble. Super clean, super comfortable beds, a few english tv channels, free wireless. English speaking staff. It was a top place to stay.

On the motel's website, they say that the motel is only 1.5 km away from the exit. Actually it is around 6 or 7 kms away. I liked how the Motel is and the best thing was the private parking per room and free internet access. Actually it is around 6 or 7 kms away. I liked how the Motel is and the best thing was the private parking per room and free internet access. It is not directly in the city center, but within Hamburg city and well connected with public transport to the city center (around 10 mins by U-bahn). The location is great and for what they offer, the price is good. We had a great time there. I would recommend it to anyone visiting Hamburgclose

It's a great deal for the price, but make sure if you're not driving that you have a good command of the bus systems and underground.close

My friends and I had a wonderful time. We really loved our room. The down comforter and pillows were a plus. The shower was also really awesome. a straightforward and clean accomodation, garage included, situated only 18 minutes by bus or 10 minutes by subway away from centre - a good place to stay in hamburg if you come by car at a good price

We required a family room for two adults and two children. This is exactly what we got in adjoining rooms and were very happy with this.
