Not as bad as the others say, yes definitely seedy area but so were many other areas of the city (Reeperbhan). I thought it was value for money in the sense that it was clean, the staff were friendly and the breakfast nice!!

hotel does not have a bar or a lounge or a nightclub as stated on your website and when i asked at reception about these facilities he just laughed.we all feel let down by this as the bar and nightclub were the main reasons for booking this hotel.

Entrance is a little hard to find, just a doorway ... and then you have to climb 2 flights of stairs with luggage to get to the actual hotel and check-in. The elevator arrives between floors at a landing, so you have to go up or down a flight of stairs to get to your room. We had a nice clean...

Unfortunately we were transfered to the Terminus just up the street. Once you go thru the door, you have to go up two flights of stairs with luggage to get to the actual hotel and checkin. Even if you take the tiny elevator, which stops at landings between floors, you have to go up a flight of stairs to get to the rooms. Altho, they said they upgraded our room, it certainly did not appear to be rennovated 2 years ago. It was also in the front and very noisy from the street, day and night. The bath was very tiny and there was no hair dryer.close

Lovely hotel. The only problem is that it is based above a sex shop. Very clean and perfectly safe though.

The hotel is located near the main train station, but the street is full of sexual store and night club. A bit dangerous for a group of female. Anyway the hotel is nice and clean.

Very good location for bus and train station and only 200yrds away from main shopping areas. Staff had very little English so a little difficulty communicating about a mix up with room allocations, Hotel is surrounded by sex shops so maybe not ideal for any women wanting to stay

I'd use this hotel/hostel as a last option, it's really not worth the money. The staff was uncooperative.
