Fantastic place!! Wonderful location, right near all the bars and the shops. Great rooms, great breakfast and the common room is a really nice place to just sit. They even let us keep our bags all day and hang out for a few hours after check out. This is a top place, STAY HERE!!

This hostel was brilliant! The staff were very helpful when I needed a plug adapter, the hostel itself was in a great location, and the room was lovely and clean. I'd stay here again.

The location was excellent, but I will probabably find an alternative method of stay the next time I visit Gdansk.close

The major complaint I have is that the staff were very unhelpful - it was like trying to extract water from a stone when asking a merely simple question! Location was good.

Would not recommend this hostel to anyone, very dirty and the staff were very unhelpful! Could not provide maps etc of the town.

The hostel is at a nice spot right on the edge of the old city of gdansk. We had four nice days there - but it was out of season. If we were travelling in high season the hostel would be less fun: not enough facilities, not enough room etc.

Noisy dorms which you couldn't lock and no lockers...They do put some really nice cookies on the table I'll give them that!close

It looks lovely from the outside! And it's very well located! Breakfast was good and they even had free soup in the evening! But the communal room is always full of smoke and I had bed-bugs!... Shame... It could've been a really good stay!...

About the only bad thing that can be said about this hostel is the smoking, but that is totally ubiquitous in Poland so it is of little consequence! The staff are great, particularly Agnieszka, extremely talkative and helpful. And, to top it off, it's right in the old town. A great experience!

I would not recommand this hostel, except for his location. I was in a dorm without luggage place and the receptionist was really unpleasant.

Noise overnight in the dorm room on ground level is very bad. they have a loud buzzer at the front door which wakes you up. It is also very stuffy and damp in there. Quite high priced too but i guess you can expect that in a big tourist spot. The free breakfast is worth avoiding too :-)

Nice hostel, nice staff, but rather loud (door slamming all night, repairing this should not be expensive), no water basin, no mirror in room.

The location was good and the hostel provided a good breakfast and afternoon snack free. With excellent facilities and a good common room this could be a great hostel however the staff are not interested in getting to know their guests or socialise with them which let this place down.

Great location. There is smoking in the lounge so for those who do not like to be around smoke that is a downfall but a positive is that the staff makes free soup for the guests every afternoon. An overall decent place to stay.

We met some really entertaining guests while we were there! There are secure lockers for your valuables, and there is free breakfast of bread and coffee and jam every morning, but the best part was the location. The hostel is literally a 30 second walk to Old Town, located right next to a river into Gdansk, and there are a ton of restaurants, local charm, and ferry boats available for entertainment. It's not the most amazing hostel, but for a few days trip, we would definitely stay there again.close

The staff were not friendly or helpful. The staff were on the internet a lot, regardless of the 15 minute time limit. There was only one staff who even acknowledged guests and smiled and them or greeted them. She is heavier set with short, dark, wavy hair.
