   Very impressive restaurant located near the Spanish Arch. Service was prompt and food arrived out very quickly. Restaurant was packed so we are at the tables out front. Always seems to be busy which is a very good sign. Serves traditional irish and Italian food. Highly reccommended

Maybe i should keep it a secret so i can be sure of getting a table there next time I visit! The menu is simple, baked potatos with any amount of fillings, but these go beyond the usual toppings; they have everything! The potatoes are oven baked and huge with crispy skins and some of my favorite fillings include chicken with creamy garlic sauce or sausages, beans and cheese. They also have a very long and very tasty vegetarian menu. prices range from 6 euros upwards and one of these spuds is sure to fill you for the day. They also do home made desserts including apple pie and rhubarb crumble, and they have a good childrens menu. Honestly, I would rave about this place all day if I could, make sure you visit it next time you are in Galway!close

   Really nice cafe just off shop st in Galway. Not open that long. Really nice decor and atmosphere. They sell fresh breads and you can order freah organic food to bring home. Also the cafe serves lovely organic fresh food. We had breakfast there and it was really good.

   Great little French restaurant on Quay St Galway. Very good crowd there when we were there but it was during the Galway races so that would make a difference. Seems to be a favourite with the locals that is always a good sign. Not expensive.

A nice tasteful restaurant at the bottom of Quay Street, the food was very successful modern Irish - excellent lamb and fish, for example.
