if you only need a place for one night and you travel by own car, travelodge it's the best option in Galway. Standard budget hotel.

Brilliant place to stay. All teh comforts of a hotel - at the price of a hostel, when you share a room. Would highly recommend it to anyone wanting a bit of privacy, or a night in a clean, comfortable double room at a great price. Not super close to town but a € cab fare at most.

The bed was appauling, the mattress was absolutly buggered. Very disappointing stay I must say. The room was also not very clean, the toilet had not been cleaned at all. The worst stay I have had in a long long time. I will certainly think twice before staying at a travel lodge again.

This hotel is what you expect for a budget hotel chain. The rooms were clean, the location is good, and the place is secure. It was a good stop for a one nighter.

Great value for money. Room was immaculate, nice bathroom. A little way from the city centre but as we had a car, this was no problem.

The directions are horrible! GoogleMap the place or something because the directions from this website AND the TravelLodge website are the same... and we were lost for a good hour!

It's a travelodge so it was basic accomodations but great for what we needed. Only a 20 min walk into the centre of town (which was great, especially for going out at night). I'd stay there again!

We found the staff very friendly, efficient and helpful. The rooms were spacious. The location was very convenient as we came from Knock and didn't wish to drive in the city. We felt the price was good value.

There was no hot water on Saturday and Sunday - we compalined to reception and they said that they would fix it but they did not, They never apologised for the inconvenience caused. I thought that this was poor service on their part.
