Eyre Square Hotel is located on Forster St just off Eyre Square and within walking distance of the train station so the location is perfect. It's close to all the bars and restaurants and there's also a... more Eyre Square Hotel is located on Forster St just off Eyre Square and within walking distance of the train station so the location is perfect. There was a big group of us there for a hen night and it was an ideal place to stay. It's close to all the bars and restaurants and there's also a resident's bar so you can head back there once everywhere else has closed! Rooms are a little on the small side and I didn't have breakast so I can't comment on that but it's perfect if you just want somewhere central to stay in Galway. The rate was €120 approx for a twin room but I wouldn't want to have to pay anything higher for this hotel.close
