Reviews of Sea View Lodge Luxury Holiday Hostel

Sea View Lodge Luxury Holiday Hostel has a rating of 85% from a total of 129 reviews and ratings, below are some reviews of Sea View Lodge Luxury Holiday Hostel

Sea View Lodge isn't very close to Galway but that was perfect for us because we wanted to see the countryside. The place was sweet, clean and spacious and the kitchen was modern. The owners were really friendly. There weren't any shops nearby because it's pretty isolated but we'd stay there again.

The gentleman how ran this hostel was the nicest person. I went to Ireland by myself and no car. He drove me a couple of places and things that i could do. I would go there again even though it is a little ways out of the city.

The hostel itself was quiet and peaceful. Had to choose a rating for all aspects, so fun to us was quiet and peaceful.

the hosts were very friendly and helpful. Great location for walks and tranquility. Was good to have a car to get around other wise it could have been a bit isolated. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to see great scenery and get great local information from the hosts.

we only stayed there for one night. But enjoyed it. the hostel owner was typical Irish - friendly and polite. Unfortunetaly the place is a bit more than 20km away from Galway, what means you have to pay a lot for the taxi into town.

Location and Fun depend on your interests. It is good when you are looking to spend a few relaxing days in the nature (walking on the beach, biking on the Aran Islands etc). The Staff is more than friendly and make you feel at home!

Nice place and the staff very friendly. The directions are a little misleading though as the hostel was a bit further down the road than the directions seemed to indicate so took us quite a while to locate. Still, great views from the rooms, and that is despite the rain!

it was a lovely hostel, it was about 15 minute drive from the city centre, but worth it for the scenery. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the bed linen and bathroom were clean.

Not really a hostel, more like a B&B without breakfast:) Nearest pub is more than 600 metres away and there is not really anything to do. Great place for peaceful sleep and having a walk.

It's lost on a road in the middle of noway! It's a good hostel but if you want find a supermarket, you have to walk during 1h30 and for the village 2h!! It's good if you just want sleep!!

The kitchen and dining room were just like home-great, except no can opener. The rooms seemed newly furnished and the beds some of the most comfortable I have had in a hostel. Very clean.
