This B&B was wonderful. The owners were very friendly and helpful. It is also a great location to be in if you plan on doing any bus tours as there are shuttle buses that pick you up right in front of the B&B. All around it is an excellent place!

Wonderful rooms and great staff. always friendly. A bus ride from the city so not quite in the middle of things- but if you like quiet it is wonderful!

The absolute only issue was the map provided by hostelworld - it pretty much pointed me to the exact wrong area of the city. The B&B wasn't even ON the map and was a significant walk to the city centre. One of the reasons I chose to go to a B&B was that it *appeared* to be close to the centre. If you're driving it's a non-issue; if you're walking find a taxi the first time out.close

Quite far from the center town : 35 min by foot ; 1 bus every hour from 8-9 am till 11 pm ; 7-8 Euros by taxi. Breakfast excellent. Credit cards should be accepted soon. Rooms not well warmed if weather too cold.

It is a very good hostel, the problem is that it isn't near the City Center but you can get a bus easily.

Good selection of brochures for things to do. Charmless "staff," but kind and efficient. May take time to warm up to customers. Some things could be cleaner - ex. dirty drinking glasses - but otherwise well put-together. ---Note: for visiting Galway city, pick up map/city&event-guide from train station... *indispensable*---close

Very nice accomodation with lovely staff, very clean, good kitchen. A bit far out from the very centre of galway but recommended nonetheless

The place was lovely as were the owners. The only downside was getting into the city on a sunday due to intermittant bus services! But otherwise, it was great!

This bed and breakfast is great. We loved the woman who runs it, she is very accomodating and all of the rooms are clean. There's a cute little garden in the backyard, and the breakfast was WONDERFUL. It was a little bit outside of the actual center of Galway, but not that far at all. We were...

Particularly liked the one person we met who I presume was the proprietor. Didnt specify age group as I was travelling with my son - he is 33 and I am 76 and we both liked it very much.

Clean and nice, but too far from city centre. You can take a bus, but they don't operate on Saturday and Sunday mornings (first was at 11.30). Walking distance to city centre is about 45 min.
