When we were there she was giving a lift into town to two guests who did not have a car. We liked the family type atmosphere. The home is located about a 12 minute ride from Kinvarra, in a beautiful area surrounded by farms and fields.close

You must have a car to get to this place. The family was really nice, but there wasn't really anything to do there.

Typical country house. Location is OK if you have your own transport. Nearest pubs are in Gort, 10 minutes drive.

The warm welcome and the most nice family made this stay one of the highlights of our trip. Excellent food in excellent surroundings added the receipt for an excellent stay.

Difficult to find in the dark, suggest daytime arrival. Very nice owner & great breakfast. Lovely Irish hospitality but does need to repair shower head. Only about 10 sprays of water coming through on the head making it very bad shower experience. Room also very cold. Beds & pillows & comforters were very comfortable. We would definitely stay again.close

This was an excellent B&B in a very rural, quiet setting. I would suggest bringing some way of getting into town, as it is quite out of the way, but otherwise it is as close to Heaven as Earth gets.

A hard to find but very nice bed & breakfast. You have to follow their description for getting there exactly. Approach from Kilvara as described or you get lost very easiely.

I never made it to this place because after I booked and paid a deposit they told me the cost was much higher than the posted one. I canceled then tried to get my deposit back but no one will even answer my e-mails to talk about it.
