Quite smart, but the rooms are a little grimey. Location is very good. This hostel is a fare deal.

It is definitely a budget hotel. A clean room with no frills. A/C could have worked better.

Great location, walking distance to good restaurant, bars, parks and subway/train station. The instruction to get there are very confusing though. Exit 1 turn right and then right again, they don't mention that on the direstion.

This was definitly over rated. The only good thing about it was the location in the nightlife district. The hotel though was very "concrete" and the AC was so lame that you had to sweat in the room, it was worse than the 20 dollar place I stayd in before, not worth the money... more This was definitly over rated. Clean, modern hotel in Tenjin area where there is plenty of nightlife. No curfew is a bonus too.

Good & cheap place for a one night stop in Fukuoka. Not really near anything special & a bit difficult for the taxis to find. However; clean, efficient, friendly staff & a the western-style room was nice break after sleeping in Ryokan for 5 nights!
