I especially liked that the owner and staff are very helpful and accomodating. I felt relaxed and at home.

the riad was just amazing - the place looks like a palace of 1001 nights, and the stuff was so friendly all the time. i d reccomand to everyone who wants to have a relaxed stay in fez to book this riad.

Abolutely gorgeous riad.. the decor was of similar standard to many of the mueums that we visited in Fez. Pool and courtyard area was stunning. Our first night wasn't great. We arrived late at night and were placed in a room which was obviously not meant for use by guests (broken window, no tv...

there was no air conditioning, but the place was worth it. it was very beautiful.

Thank to the staff, good breakfast, we had a problem with a taxi/guide booked by the hostel the last day. The taxi driver try to do his life and not showed us the place as booked. We decided to go by ourself and pay only for what we had...unfortunaly we loosed a day :(
