It was constructed at the beginning of the 20th century and at the time was located halfway between the city (Essaouira) and the first Hahas village In our charming authentic 82 years old riad situated at Essaouira, you will find a place where serenity and elegance are the natural order of things. A dedicated and attentive staff and an informal relaxing atmosphere invite you to forget time and to live in the rhythm of Morocco. The riad is located at the entry to Essaouira. An original decoration in every room where tradition and modernism blend to perfection: Tadellakt, Fassi Zellige (of Fez), pieces of furniture in juniper and wrought iron The wide and romantic suite offers modern comfort by combining noble designs with traditional wood artefacts.

What a beautiful place!! Clean, authentic and fantastic value for money! I'd recommend this place in a heartbeat, everything was excellent, particularly the staff who couldn't do enough to make our stay enjoyable. Great place!

Very nice place, good price but way out of the city. you cant walk in either so expect to pay 30-50 dirhams for a taxi each way. great room and amenities for the price tho.

Really beautiful hotel with friendly and helpful staff and lovely rooms. A bit far from Essaouira itself, which made getting about a bit difficult, and it was the low season so the place was very quiet and the pool wasn't filled. But overall a lovely peaceful place to stay.

It is about 6 km outside of Essaouira, you need a car there. In winter it seems a bit cold and empty, maybe it is better in summer, because they have a nice, large pool.

Great hotel who gave us excellent service and was real friendly. We were upgraded to a double suite for free and had the best room in the whole hotel. Taxi to town is about 30 DH but if you go with Grand Taxi you only have to pay about 10 DH since there will be other people riding with you.
